山区高速公路陡坡路段由于沥青路面抗剪强度不足易导致推移、拥包、车辙等早期病害。通过影响沥青混合料抗剪强度参数的因素进行试验分析,考虑不同沥青混合料级配、沥青类型、集料类型以及沥青用量对抗剪强度参数的影响。试验结果表明:沥青是影响最大抗剪强度的主要因素,最大抗剪强度随着沥青当量软化点增加比例而增加;集料特性对混合料的内摩阻角影响显著;在最佳沥青用量附近,混合料的最大抗剪强度达到最大值;可采用1 mm/min的加载速率进行沥青混合料抗剪强度验算。
Due to the lack of shear strength of asphalt pavement, steep slopes of mountainous expressways are likely to lead to early disease such as passing, bagging and rutting. Based on the factors that influence the shear strength parameters of asphalt mixture, the influence of different asphalt mixture gradation, asphalt type, aggregate type and asphalt content on the shear strength parameters were considered. The results show that asphalt is the main factor affecting the maximum shear strength, and the maximum shear strength increases with the increasing proportion of asphalt equivalent softening point. The aggregate properties have a significant effect on the internal friction resistance angle of the mixture. , The maximum shear strength of the mixture reaches the maximum value; the loading rate of 1 mm / min can be used to check the shear strength of asphalt mixture.
