在本项研究工作中设计了用于浓硝酸介质的复相铸造不锈钢的组织及其化学成分,用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和耐蚀试验方法研究了钢的全相组织,断口形貌和耐蚀性能。试验结果表明,具有复相组织的 Cr13N16S14铸造不锈钢在浓硝酸介质中具有较优良的耐蚀性与满意的韧性和铸造性能.
In this work, the microstructure and chemical composition of duplex stainless steel for concentrated nitric acid medium was designed. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the stainless steel were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and corrosion resistance test Corrosion resistance. The experimental results show that Cr13N16S14 cast stainless steel with duplex structure has better corrosion resistance and satisfactory toughness and casting performance in concentrated nitric acid medium.
