目的:建立毛细管区带电泳(CZE)分离测定中药侧柏叶中槲皮苷的新方法。方法:以30 mmol.L-1硼砂-硼酸(体积比1∶3)为运行缓冲液,分离电压25 kV,温度25℃,压力进样0.5 psi×8 s,运行时间7 min为电泳条件,在254 nm波长下检测侧柏叶中的槲皮苷。结果:槲皮苷在1~200 mg.L-1线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、加样回收率RSD均小于3%,测得3个批次侧柏叶中槲皮苷含量分别为2.551 3,2.546 7,2.478 0 mg.g-1。结论:该方法简便、准确,为此类药物的质量控制提供了一种快速的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method for the determination of quercitrin in Oriental arborvitae. Methods: With 30 mmol·L-1 borax-boric acid (volume ratio 1: 3) as the running buffer, the separation voltage was 25 kV, the temperature was 25 ℃, the pressure was injected at 0.5 psi × 8 s and the running time was 7 min. Detection of quercitrin in Oriental Arborvitae at 254 nm. Results: The calibration curve of quercetin was linear in the range of 1 ~ 200 mg.L-1. The RSDs of precision, stability and sample recovery were less than 3%. The contents of quercitrin in three batches were 2.551 3,2.546 7,2.478 0 mg.g-1. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, providing a rapid method for the quality control of these drugs.
