在我国中西部推进的“丝绸之路经济带”战略中,人力资源作为一种重要的可再生资源起着不可替代的作用。随着我国从经济的高速增长阶段进入到中速持续增长阶段,中西部地区跟随着这种经济增长速度的转变,也迎来了人力资源需求上的巨大变化,为了进一步更好的适应中西部地区社会及经济的不断发展,探寻中西部地区人力资源的发展以及人才储备的意义就成为了所有资源中最重要的环节。
In the “Silk Road Economic Belt” strategy promoted by central and western China, human resources play an irreplaceable role as an important renewable resource. As China has entered the stage of medium-speed and sustained growth from the high-speed economic growth stage, the central and western regions have followed this change in economic growth rate and ushered in tremendous changes in the demand for human resources. In order to better adapt to the Midwest The continuous development of social and economic development in the region and the exploration of the development of human resources in the central and western regions as well as the significance of talent pool have become the most important aspects of all resources.
