我们应用~3H—TdR 掺入法淋巴细胞转化试验,观察了不同浓度稀释的猪胸腺素对正常成人外周血淋巴细胞和 PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞转化的影响,实验结果表明10~(-3)和10~(-4)稀释的猪胸腺素是刺激正常人周围血淋巴细胞和 PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞转化的最适浓度,存在着明显的剂量依赖关系,而原液对淋转则未表现出抑制或促进作用。本试验还对作用机制作了初步讨论。
We applied the ~3H-TdR incorporation lymphocyte transformation assay to observe the effect of different concentrations of diluted porcine thymosin on peripheral blood lymphocytes and PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation in normal adults. The experimental results showed that 10~(-3) and 10~(-4) diluted porcine thymosin was the optimal concentration for stimulating the conversion of peripheral lymphocytes and PHA-induced lymphocytes in normal humans, with a clear dose-dependent relationship, whereas the stock solution did not show inhibition of lymphoid circulation or enhancement. This experiment also made a preliminary discussion of the mechanism of action.
