锻炼有助于向大脑输送含有氧气的新鲜血液,所以,人们在锻炼后会感觉神清气爽、心情舒畅。尤其是有氧锻炼和力量训练,都能增加脑源性神经营养因子的含量,让人感到很快乐。但如果人停止锻炼两周或以上,大脑分泌的“快乐激素”多巴胺就会降低。因此,人容易感到焦虑和疲劳,就更不愿意锻炼,从而形成恶性循环,导致心情不佳。
Exercise helps to deliver fresh blood containing oxygen to the brain, so people feel refreshed and relaxed after exercising. But if one stops exercising for two weeks or more, the brain secretes a “happy hormone” dopamine.
