北京海淀区中关村第二小学在“一校多址”办学实践中,以实现“同步·优质·均衡”为目标,逐渐形成了“大二小”的管理特色。一是文化共融,通过家园文化凝心聚力,实现文化认知、愿景认同和观念整合;二是管理统筹,通过构筑立体化管理网络,以“统一行动”保障整体发展;三是质量同步,通过坚持教育教学工作同步实施、教师发展研修制度全面覆盖、学生培养目标同步落实,以“同一标准”确保高位均衡;四是信息共享,通过建设视频互动系统、内部办公网,以现代技术支撑多校区融合。
