微流控芯片技术自出现后即以它分析速度快、高通量、消耗少、廉价、安全等特点迅速成为研究热点。用于放大特定的DNA片段PCR的技术可以在短时间里完成扩增,极大提高了检测灵敏度,已成为分子生物学研究的最重要技术。基于微电子技术的微流控芯片与PCR技术的结合由于具有所需样品和反应混合物体积小、反应时间短、轻便等优点就成为备受重视的理想选择。本文对PCR微流控芯片制作材料及制作技术做一简要的概述。
Since its appearance, microfluidic chip technology has quickly become the research hotspot because of its fast analysis speed, high throughput, low consumption, low cost and security. The technology used to amplify PCR of specific DNA fragments can be amplified in a short period of time, greatly improving the detection sensitivity and has become the most important technology in molecular biology. The combination of microfluidic chip and PCR technology based on microelectronic technology has become an ideal choice due to the advantages of small sample size, short reaction time, light weight, etc., of the desired sample and reaction mixture. In this paper, PCR microfluidic chip making materials and production technology to make a brief overview.
