研究了重金属和污染疏浚物对缢蛏Sinonvaculaconstricta稚贝和幼贝、褶牡蛎Ostreaplicatula幼虫、甲壳类的卤虫Artemiasp.幼体和长毛对虾Penaeuspencillatus幼体的毒性,结果表明受试生物的生长、摄食、存活均受到不同程度的影响。各重金属元素对褶牡蛎幼虫、卤虫无节幼体、长毛对虾糠虾期的毒性顺序为Hg2+>Cu2+>Zn2+>Cd2+>Pb2+。Cu2+对缢蛏幼贝的毒性随着盐度增加而增强。污染疏浚物对缢蛏幼贝的毒性试验,未发现急性致死,测其机体则有较高的积累量。
Studied on heavy metals and contaminated dredged material Artemiasp Artemia against Sinonvacula constricta juveniles and juveniles, Pleurotus Ostreaplicatula larvae, crustacean Artemia. Toxicity of larvae and Penaeuspencillatus larvae to larvae was studied. The results showed that the growth, feeding and survival of the tested organisms were affected to varying degrees. The order of toxicity of heavy metals to Pleuronechus spp., Artemia nauplii and Mysis shrimp stage was Hg2 +> Cu2 +> Zn2 +> Cd2 +> Pb2 +. Toxicity of Cu2 + to juvenile crabgrass increased with salinity. Toxicity tests of contaminated dredged materials on baby pomfret found no acute lethality, and the body was found to have higher accumulation.
