目的 介绍与肝癌发生发展及转移有关的癌基因 ,并探讨他们与影像诊断和治疗的关系。方法 了解与肝癌有关的癌基因 ,将影像医学与基因诊断和治疗相结合。结果 众多的癌基因参与肝癌形成不同时期 ,肝癌有一定影像学表现 ,并能在影像监视下行基因治疗。结论 现代影像学技术为基因诊断和治疗提供了广阔的前景 ,但尚待进一步发展 ,如果能进一步研究影像学和基因表达的关系 ,必然会使影像诊断的质量跨上一个新台阶 ,同时也将为基因治疗的临床应用开拓新的天地
