近年来已有不少资料报告过肾素—血管紧张素系统与高血压发生发展的关系。该系统中具有主要生理活性的血管紧张素Ⅱ(简称AT—Ⅱ)与高血压的关系尤为密切。为了采用动物高血压模型,进一步探讨肾素一血管紧张素系统与高血压发生发展的关系。本实验应用上海高血压研究所研制的“人血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ放射免疫直接测定法”,在80例犬中测定了血浆AT—Ⅱ值,其测定值为23.08±14.08pg/ml((?)±SD),此值同上海高研所报告的人体正常值26±10pg/ml,((?)±SD)相近。同时对动物清醒安静和全身
In recent years, a lot of information has been reported on the relationship between the development of renin-angiotensin system and hypertension. The system has the main physiological activity of angiotensin Ⅱ (referred to as AT-Ⅱ) and hypertension are particularly closely related. In order to use animal model of hypertension, further explore the relationship between renin-angiotensin system and the development of hypertension. In this study, Shanghai Institute of Hypertension developed “human plasma angiotensin II radioimmunoassay directly” in 80 dogs was measured plasma AT-Ⅱ value, the measured value of 23.08 ± 14.08pg / ml (( ?) ± SD), which is similar to the normal body mass of 26 ± 10pg / ml reported by Shanghai Institute of Advanced Science ((±) SD).
