研究了 pH为 7 9的KH2 PO4-Na2 HPO4缓冲体系条件下 ,偶氮氯膦 -mA(CPA -mA)与钙配合物的吸收光谱 ,显色反应条件及干扰离子的影响。配合物的λmax为 6 5 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数 (ε)为 8 7× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1,钙浓度在 0~ 2 3μg/ 2 5ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法简便、快速、灵敏度和选择性好。成功地用于血清、矿泉水、小麦粉等中钙的测定。
The absorption spectra, color reaction conditions and interference ions of chlorophosphonazo-mA (CPA -mA) and calcium complexes were studied under KH2PO4-Na2 HPO4 buffer system with pH of 7 9. The λ max of the complex was 650 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity (ε) was 8 7 × 10 4 L · mol -1 · cm -1. The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 2 3μg / 2 5ml. Method is simple, fast, good sensitivity and selectivity. Successfully used in serum, mineral water, wheat flour, etc. Determination of calcium.
