车辆是由多个具有振动特性的子系统组成的复杂振动系统,作为车辆噪音和振动主要来源地的动力传动系统的主要振动形式就是扭转振动。由于发电机组工作的不平稳导致性导致汽车传动系统随着发电机组的工作产生强烈而复杂的扭转振动;汽车传动系统的扭转振动的振动频率与汽车传动系统扭转振动的固定振动频率相同时,会发生传动系统扭转振动与发电机组的共振,这种共振具有高度的耦合性,将会严重影响驾驶员的驾驶安全和驾驶的舒适性。因此,随着汽车的不断普及,研究汽车传动系统的扭转振动,对减少车辆驾驶过程中产生的噪音和振动和提高驾驶员驾驶的舒适性和安全性具有重要作用。本文将主要讨论研究汽车传动系统扭转振动的研究模型和研究展望等方面,实现较少汽车驾驶噪音和提高驾驶员驾驶汽车的舒适性和安全性。
The vehicle is a complex vibration system consisting of several subsystems with vibration characteristics. The main form of vibration of a powertrain system, which is the main source of vehicle noise and vibration, is torsional vibration. Due to the instability of the generator set, the transmission system of the automobile produces strong and complex torsional vibration with the operation of the generator set. When the vibration frequency of the torsional vibration of the automobile transmission system is the same as the fixed vibration frequency of the torsional vibration of the automobile transmission system, Torsional vibration of the transmission system and resonance of the generator set occur. This resonance has a high degree of coupling and will seriously affect driver’s driving safety and driving comfort. Therefore, with the continuous popularization of automobiles, research on the torsional vibration of the automobile transmission system plays an important role in reducing the noise and vibration generated during driving of the vehicle and improving driver comfort and safety. This article will mainly discuss the study of the torsional vibration of automotive transmission system research model and research prospects, to achieve less car noise and improve driver comfort and safety of driving a car.
