目的:研究疾宁康醇提物对阿霉素(ADR)所致心肌细胞损伤的影响。方法:采用体外心肌细胞培养,观察疾宁康醇提物对心肌细胞博动频率及对心肌细胞培养液中LDH活力和MDA含量的影响。结果:疾宁康4800和480μg/ml均能明显对抗ADR所致受损心肌细胞MDA含量和LDH活力的升高。48μg/ml仅能使心肌细胞MDA含量下降,对LDH活力未见明显影响。疾宁康还能使受损心肌细胞博动频率加快。结论:疾宁康对ADR所致心肌细胞损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Ji Ning Tan alcohol extract on doxorubicin (ADR) induced cardiomyocyte injury. Methods: In vitro cardiomyocyte culture was used to observe the effects of JXN on cardiomyocyte motility and LDH activity and MDA content in cardiomyocyte culture medium. Results: Jiuningkang 4800 and 480μg / ml could obviously antagonize the increase of MDA content and LDH activity of damaged myocardial cells induced by ADR. 48μg / ml can only make the myocardial MDA content decreased, no significant effect on LDH activity. Ning Ning Kang can make impaired cardiomyocytes frequency of exercise faster. Conclusion: Ji Ning Kang protective effect of ADR induced cardiomyocyte injury.
