金属卤化物灯是把某一种或几种金属卤化物充入高压汞灯中的一种气体放电的新型电光源。镓钴卤化物灯(简称镓钴灯)是其中的一种,灯管中充入的物质有镓(Ga)、钴(Co)、碘化汞(HgI)、汞(Hg)和氙(Xe)。镓钴灯的光呈淡紫蓝色,是由镓和钴以及汞在可见光区主要谱线的光色的综合结果,而主要是由镓在可见区紫端的403.3毫微米和417.2毫微米两条强光谱灵敏线所决定的,汞的404.7毫微米和435.8毫微米谱线也是在可见区的紫蓝色部分,对昆虫有很强的诱集力。1977年7—10月和1978年4—10月,我们应用江苏师范学院物理系研制成功的镓钴卤化物灯作诱虫性能的观察,并探讨了在测报工作中的应用问题,现报告如下。
