目的探讨电视胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法收集商丘市第一人民医院2010年1月至2015年2月收治的104例食管癌患者,根据手术方式的不同随机分为实验组和对照组各52例,实验组患者应用电视胸腹腔镜治疗,对照组患者实施常规三切口术治疗,观察比较两组患者手术指标的差异。结果两组患者淋巴结清扫个数和住院时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛评分和术后引流量同对照组比较均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者采用电视胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术治疗可缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量和引流量,缓解疼痛,具有创伤小、安全性高等特点,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with esophagectomy in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 104 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu City from January 2010 to February 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 52 cases in each group according to different surgical methods. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional three-incision, and the differences of the operation indexes between the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of lymph node dissection and hospital stay (P> 0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, pain score and postoperative drainage volume of the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of esophageal cancer by thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with esophagectomy can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and drainage volume, relieve pain, with less trauma and higher safety. It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
