1949-1976年,中苏政党外交经历了一个发展变化的过程。建国初期,中苏政党外交处于友好合作发展期,并逐渐达到友好外交的顶峰;自20世纪50年代末始,中苏两党矛盾逐渐显露,两党外交逐渐陷入曲折与重挫。这种演变的原因是多方面的,主要有意识形态的作用;两国国家利益的差异;苏共的大国主义与大党主义、中苏国内政治的发展等。
From 1949 to 1976, the political parties in China and the Soviet Union experienced a process of development and change. In the early days of the founding of New China, the diplomatic department of the Chinese and Soviet political parties was in the period of friendly cooperation and development and gradually reached the pinnacle of friendly diplomacy. Since the late 1950s, the contradictions between the two parties gradually revealed that the diplomatic relations between the two parties gradually became tortuous and plummeted. There are many reasons for this evolution, mainly the role of ideology; the differences in the national interests of the two countries; the great-grand-partyism of the CPSU and the development of the domestic politics in the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union.
