目的 观察增龄和性腺发育对雄性大鼠心肌组织中雄激素受体密度的影响。方法 采用免疫组织化学和图像分析法检查性成熟前、成年去性腺、成年和老龄雄性大鼠心肌组织中雄激素受体密度,观察增龄及性腺对雄性大鼠心肌组织中雄激素受体密度的影响。结果 去性腺成年组心肌组织中雄激素受体的免疫反应性最高,其次为老龄组,二者均高于性成熟前组和正常成年组,后2组无显著性差异。结论 性成熟前后性腺发育对雄鼠心肌组织中雄激素受体的密度无明显影响,老龄及去性腺均使雄鼠心肌组织中的雄激素受体密度显著增高。
Objective To observe the effect of aging and gonadal development on the density of androgen receptor in the myocardium of male rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to examine the density of androgen receptor in the myocardium of sexual gonadal, adult and aged males before and after sexual maturation. The changes of androgen receptor density Impact. Results The immune response of androgen receptor in the adult gonadal group was the highest, followed by the aging group, both of which were higher than those of the premature gland group and the normal adult group. There was no significant difference in the latter two groups. Conclusions The gonadal development before and after sexual maturation has no significant effect on the density of androgen receptor in the male rats ’myocardium. Both the aging and the goose gonadal significantly increase the density of androgen receptor in the male rats’ myocardium.
