目的探讨大肠癌组织中转移相关因子与核因子κB(NF-κB)的表达特点及相互关系。方法用Western blot法检测大肠癌及正常组织中NF-κB、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)以及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达。结果(1)大肠癌组织中,NF-κB活性升高(P<0.05);(2)在NF-κB表达升高的肿瘤组织中,COX-2、ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达升高的比例约占75%。(3)大肠癌组织中MMP-9与其抑制蛋白SM22α的表达呈负相关。结论大肠癌组织中转移相关因子的表达与NF-κB活性呈正相关,与肿瘤的进展和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) and their correlation in colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of NF-κB, COX-2, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 in colorectal cancer and normal tissues were detected by Western blot. ) And matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9). Results (1) The activity of NF-κB increased in colorectal cancer (P <0.05). (2) The expression of COX-2, ICAM-1 and VCAM- The proportion of about 75%. Conclusion The expression of metastasis-related factors in colorectal carcinoma is positively correlated with the activity of NF-κB, which is closely related to the progression and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
