端-角定时法,是超声波单斜探头测量与表面大致垂直的开口裂纹深度的一个已知的简单方法。聚焦探头的使用,又大大提高了这种方法测量浅、短缺陷的有效性。用改进的方法测量电阻焊管子中1.2~3.2mm深的缺陷,平均误差为-0.35mm。新方法还能将近表面裂纹与表面开口裂纹区分开来。并可以测定亚毫米的缺陷。
The tip-to-angle timing method is a known and simple method of measuring the crack depth of an opening approximately perpendicular to the surface of an ultrasonic monoclinic probe. The use of focusing probes also greatly increases the effectiveness of this method of measuring shallow and short defects. An improved method was used to measure the defects of 1.2 ~ 3.2mm deep in the resistance welded pipe, with an average error of -0.35mm. The new method also distinguishes near-surface cracks from open-surface cracks. And can be measured sub-millimeter defects.
