一、前言金属基复合材料是近二、三十年发展起来的一种新型材料,它具有比强度和比模量高、高温性能好、热膨胀系数小等优良性能,在很多部门有着广阔的应用前景。但作为一种新型材料,耐腐蚀性能的好坏是评价其是否具有实用价值的重要因素之一。国外在铝基复合材料的耐蚀性能和防护方面都进行过研究。其中基体材料有各种变形铝合金,铸造铝合金和纯铝等,增强材料包括硼纤维,碳纤维,碳化硅纤维、晶须和颗粒,也研究过压力加工和热处理等对耐蚀性的影响。国内曾对碳纤维和碳化硅纤维增强铝基复合材料的耐蚀性能开展过研究。本工作研究国产碳化硅颗粒增强LY
I. Introduction Metal matrix composite material is a new material developed in the past two or three decades. It has many excellent properties such as high specific strength and specific modulus, good high temperature performance and small thermal expansion coefficient. It has a wide range of applications in many sectors prospect. However, as a new type of material, the corrosion resistance is one of the important factors to evaluate whether it has practical value.
