为了满足光电二极管列阵不同类型的应用需要,新研制了 CL512J型光电二极管列 阵传感器.论述其工作原理,重点对器件进行了设计方面的研究:包括光敏元的设计、扫描 电路的设计和版图的设计分析.指出了工艺制造中的关键技术.最后给出了CL512J型器件 的光电参数和电学参数的测试结果,表明该器件具有显著的优点,将会在光电检测领域内得 到应用,达到国内先进水平.
In order to meet the needs of different types of photodiode array applications, the newly developed CL512J photodiode array sensor. Discussed its working principle, focusing on the device design aspects of the study: including the photosensitive element design, scan circuit design and layout design analysis. Point out the key technology in process manufacture. Finally, the test results of the photoelectric parameters and the electrical parameters of the CL512J device are given, which shows that the device has significant advantages and will be applied in the field of photoelectric detection to the advanced domestic level.
