目的建立一种反映沈阳红药片组成成分的变温X射线衍射和电子顺磁共振联合鉴别方法。方法采用室温和变温粉末X射线衍射和电子顺磁共振技术,获得沈阳红药片及其6味组成中药、3种药物辅料的X射线衍射谱图及特征标记峰,以及电子顺磁共振谱图。结果与结论 X射线衍射作为沈阳红药片药物真伪识别的一种有效手段,能快速检测硫酸钙多晶辅料和土鳖虫中的二氧化硅杂质,并鉴定它们的相结构。电子顺磁共振技术借助于g=2.09的宽信号和六线信号,可以快速准确地鉴定沈阳红药片中的三七成分及过渡金属Mn~(2+)离子。两种技术的联合应用可以提供药物稳定性的证据,建立一种反映沈阳红药片质量控制方面更全面信息的快速检测方法。
Objective To establish a combined method of temperature-dependent X-ray diffraction and electronic paramagnetic resonance that reflects the composition of Shenyang red tablets. Methods X-ray diffraction patterns, characteristic labeled peaks and electronic paramagnetic resonance spectra of Shenyang Hongyipian and its six herbs were obtained by room temperature and variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION X-ray diffraction, as an effective method to identify the authenticity of drugs in Shenyang Hongyipian tablets, can rapidly detect the silica impurities in calcium sulphate polycrystalline materials and soil beetles and identify their phase structures. Electron Paramagnetic Resonance With the aid of the wide signal and the six-line signal of g = 2.09, the notoginsenoside and transition metal Mn 2+ in Shenyang Hongyin tablets can be rapidly and accurately identified. The combination of the two technologies can provide evidence of drug stability and establish a rapid test that reflects more comprehensive information on the quality control of Shenyang Red Pills.
