为了解决黑斑原鮡的人工繁殖技术,该文以雅鲁藏布江特有的黑斑原鮡为研究对象,选取86尾体重在0.065~0.25 kg的雌鱼,15尾平均体重在0.30 kg的雄鱼,雌鱼采用胸鳍注射的方式注射催产药物。结果显示,雌鱼人工授精尾数为59尾,受精卵总重量为897.5 g,总卵量为57 440粒,平均怀卵量为1 194粒,怀卵量与体重呈显著相关。平均催产率为69%,平均受精率为73.5%,黑斑原鮡受精卵孵化水温为13~14℃,溶氧量6.0~7.2 mg/L,胚胎发育所需积温范围为2 592~2 916℃·h。这一套全人工繁殖技术的成功,对黑斑原鮡的人工养殖具有重要的意义。
