随着高等职业教育的发展,高等职业院校教师队伍面临着前所未有的挑战,“双师型”教师普遍缺乏,教师素质不能满足高等职业教育快速发展的要求,师资队伍建设遭遇瓶颈。本文通过运用路径依赖理论对高等职业院校“双师型”师资队伍建设陷入瓶颈的现状进行分析,揭示隐藏其后带有本质性和规律性的东西,探索“双师型”师资队伍建设,以教师为本理念的树立、任职资格制度和职称评审制度的构建,以及培训、评价激励机制的建立,寻求突破路径依赖的途径,优化高职院校师资队伍建设,提高学校的运行效率。
With the development of higher vocational education, the teachers in higher vocational colleges are facing unprecedented challenges. Teachers of “double-teacher type” are generally lacking. The quality of teachers can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of higher vocational education. The construction of teachers ranks bottleneck. This paper analyzes the status quo of bottlenecks in the construction of “double-qualified teachers” in higher vocational colleges by using the theory of path dependence, revealing the essence of hidden elements and regularity, The construction of teaching staff, the establishment of teacher-centered concept, the establishment of qualification system and professional title appraisal system, and the establishment of training and evaluation incentive mechanism, seeking ways to break through the path of dependence, optimizing the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, operating efficiency.
