瑞典人热衷购房,主要是由于房价一直保持着较强的增长势头,使得贷款买房成为一种回报率很高的投资。有这样一位瑞典人,7年前主要靠贷款在斯德哥尔摩近郊买了一幢约合10万美元的两层楼房,到2008年年初,这幢小楼的市场价格已经涨了1倍。很多瑞典人的做法是,年轻时靠贷款买下一幢住房,退休后再把房子卖掉,租公寓住,手里攥着一大笔钱,富富裕裕地安度晚年。
Swedes are keen to buy houses, mainly because property prices have been strong growth momentum, making loans to buy a house to become a very high return on investment. One such Swede bought a two-storied building about 100,000 U.S. dollars seven years ago mainly on the outskirts of Stockholm. By early 2008, the market price of this small building had already doubled. Many Swedes do this by buying a house in a young man’s house when they were young, selling the house after retirement, renting an apartment, holding a large sum of money in their hands, and spending their full years in peace.
