针对冷作模具钢DC53的断裂失效情况,开展断裂韧度及疲劳裂纹扩展试验,获得材料断裂性能参数。基于线弹性断裂力学理论,运用三维断裂分析软件FRANC3D模拟计算含有穿透型裂纹的标准紧凑拉伸CT试样的裂纹前缘应力强度因子,由Paris公式计算裂纹扩展寿命,并将理论计算、数值模拟和断裂力学试验进行对比研究。结果表明:数值模拟、理论计算以及试验得到的裂纹扩展寿命在16.7%的合理误差范围内。
Aiming at the failure failure of cold work die steel DC53, the fracture toughness and fatigue crack propagation test were carried out to obtain the fracture performance parameters of the material. Based on the theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics, the crack front stress intensity factor of the standard compact tensile CT specimen with penetrating crack was calculated by FRANC3D software of three-dimensional fracture analysis software, and the crack propagation life was calculated by Paris formula. The theoretical calculation, Simulation and fracture mechanics tests were compared. The results show that the numerical simulation, theoretical calculation and experimental results show that the crack propagation life is within a reasonable range of 16.7%.
