目的探讨64排螺旋CT在小儿气管性支气管诊断中的应用。方法搜集2013年7月-2013年10月气管性支气管22例,分析64排螺旋CT扫描影像资料,利用多种后处理软件进行图像的重组,明确显示气管性支气管生发的位置及形态。结果 22例诊断为气管性支气管均发生于右肺上叶支气管或上叶的段支气管,其中起源于气管隆突水平10例,隆突上方2cm内12例。结论随着64排螺旋CT的普及多种后处理技术的应用,气管性支气管的诊断率显著提高。
Objective To investigate the application of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pediatric tracheal bronchus. Methods Twenty-two cases of tracheal bronchi from July 2013 to October 2013 were collected. The data of 64-slice spiral CT scan were analyzed and the images were reconstructed using various post-processing softwares. The location and morphology of tracheal bronchopneumonia were clearly demonstrated. Results Twenty-two cases of bronchial tracts were diagnosed as bronchial or upper lobes in the right upper lobe. Among them, 10 cases originated from tracheal carina and 12 cases within 2 cm above the carina. Conclusion With the popularity of 64-slice spiral CT multiple post-processing techniques, the diagnostic rate of bronchial bronchus significantly increased.
