7-ACA是合成头孢菌素的关键中间体,其生产工艺已逐渐由化学法被酶法所取代.因酶法工艺较化学法酰化液存在蛋白、色素等杂质多的问题,需结晶前进行除杂.介绍了炭脱、超滤、萃取等各种除杂方法,将各种除杂方法及其各种组合方式对产品质量的影响进行了比较,确定双膜法除杂工艺为最佳方式.该除杂工艺能有效去除蛋白、色素等杂质,产品纯度、色级、内毒素等质量指标明显提高.“,”7-ACA is a key intermediate for the synthesis of cephalosporins,the production process of which has been gradually changed from chemical method to enzymatic method.Compared to chemical method,there are more impurities such as protein and pigment in acylation liquid,and the impurities must be removed before crystallization by enzymatic method.Some methods for removing impurities like decarburization,ultrafiltration and extraction were introduced,and the impacts of the impurity removal methods and their various combinations on product quality were compared.As a result,double membrane was the best,which can effiently remove impurities of protein and pitment,and significantly improve the purity,color level and endomycin.
