本文旨在研制性能相当或优于AgCdO、无毒害的新型银-金属氧化物电接点材料,已用内氧化法成功地研制出Ag-SnO_2-In_2O_3。在DZ5B-50、DZ6-60、KZJ-250等产品上进行了型式试验,并圆满地通过了DZ6-60自动开关两次减薄接点(接点重量由1.3g减至1g)的型式试验、试用及批量生产考验。试验证明,Ag-SnO_2-In_2O_3使用性能优于AgCdO,用于取代AgCdO既可消除镉害,又可使接点小型化,是取代AgCdO一的种理想材料。
The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel silver-metal oxide electrical contact material that is equivalent to or superior to AgCdO and has successfully developed Ag-SnO 2 -In 2 O 3 with an internal oxidation method. Type tests were carried out on DZ5B-50, DZ6-60, KZJ-250 and other products, and successfully passed the type test of DZ6-60 automatic switch double-thinning contact (contact weight reduced from 1.3g to 1g) And mass production test. The test proves that Ag-SnO 2 -In 2 O 3 is superior to AgCdO in performance, and that the substitution of AgCdO can not only eliminate cadmium but also miniaturize the contacts, making it an ideal material to replace AgCdO.
