胶凝原油管道中的压力传递速度是建立启动凝油管道计算模型的重要参数,至今有关文献中对此观点不一,也没有公认的估算胶凝原油中压力传递速度的模式。在室内环道上进行了启动胶凝原油管道中的压力传递过程的试验研究,在试验分析的基础上,指出压缩胶凝原油中的“孔隙”是影响压力传递速度的关键因素,胶凝原油的阻尼作用和凝油屈服过程的径向滞后是影响压力传递速度的两个重要因素,建立了估算胶凝原油管道中压力传递速度的模式,计算结果与试验数据吻合。
The rate of pressure transfer in gelling crude oil pipelines is an important parameter in establishing a calculation model for pipelines that have been started up to this point in the literature, and there is no accepted model for estimating the pressure transfer rate in gelling crude oil. Based on the experimental analysis, it is pointed out that the “porosity” in the compressed gelling crude oil is the key factor affecting the pressure transmission rate. The effects of gelling crude oil Damping and the radial lag of oil pouring process are two important factors that affect the pressure transmission rate. The model to estimate the pressure transmission rate in gelatinized crude oil pipeline is set up. The calculated results agree well with the experimental data.
