高水平跳高队员的年训练计划共分五个阶段。第一准备期(10月~1月)。第一比赛阶段(1月底~3月初)。第二准备期(3月中旬~5月底)。第二比赛阶段(6月~9月初)。接下来是积极性休息阶段。如果当年有重大国际比赛,第二赛季的时间可稍作调整。这篇材料着重介绍第一准备期的训练计划。共分三个周期:(1)一般身体准备周期(四周);(2)专项身体准备周期(七周);(3)技术与身体准备相结含进行周期(七周)。
High-level high-jump players in the annual training program is divided into five stages. The first preparation period (October to January). The first competition stage (end of January to early March). The second preparation period (mid-March ~ end of May). The second competition stage (June ~ early September). Next is the active rest phase. If there is a major international competition that season, the second season can be slightly adjusted. This material focuses on the first preparation of the training program. There are three cycles: (1) general body preparation period (4 weeks); (2) special body preparation period (7 weeks); and (3) technology and physical preparation phase.
