目的比较不同方法对家蝇幼虫抗菌物质的诱导效果。方法室内饲养的家蝇三龄幼虫,分别经针刺诱导、沾取金黄葡萄球菌针刺诱导、沾取溶壁微球菌针刺诱导处理24 h和48 h,提取血淋巴,做抑菌试验,观察对溶壁微球菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果各诱导组与对照组之间抑菌环直径差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对溶壁微球菌的抑菌环直径明显大于对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径。3种处理方法之间比较,针刺诱导组处理后48 h提取的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径与金黄葡萄球菌诱导组和溶壁微球菌诱导组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种诱导方法均能诱导家蝇幼虫体内抗菌物质的表达,表达的抗菌物质对溶壁微球菌的抑菌活性强于对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,抗菌物质对诱导方法可能无特异性。
Objective To compare the induction effects of different methods on antibacterial substances in Musca domestica larvae. Methods The third-instar larvae of housefly were induced by acupuncture, stained with Staphylococcus aureus and induced by Microcystis aeruginosa for 24 h and 48 h respectively. The haemolymph was extracted and tested for antibacterial activity. To observe the antibacterial activity against Micrococcus furiosus and Staphylococcus aureus. Results The diameter of bacteriostasis ring between each induction group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.01). The diameter of the bacteriostatic loop of Micrococcus solubilis was significantly larger than that of the antibacterial ring against Staphylococcus aureus. There was significant difference between the diameter of bacteriostasis ring of Staphylococcus aureus and the induced group of Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus solubilis at 48 h after acupuncture-induced group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference among other groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion All the three induction methods can induce the expression of antibacterial substances in Musca domestica larvae. The antibacterial substances exhibited stronger antibacterial activity against Micrococcus solubilis than that against Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial substances may not be specific to the inducing method .
