由上海电器科学研究所设计,江苏宿迁机床厂试制的JZ1504转子压铸机,于4月27日在上海由江苏省机械工业厅组织鉴定。参加鉴定会议的有机械委电器局、沈阳电工专用设备研究所、机械委第八设计院及有关电机厂共20个单位40名代表。会议认为该机压射力较大、压射比压较高,有利于提高铸铝转子内在质量;样机经上海跃进、南京电机厂分别压铸640台和200多台转子;证明其运行可靠、性能稳定、操作方便,所压铸的转子充型良好、轮廊清晰、成品率达99.2%;设备刚性好、结构紧凑、布局合理、占地面积较小;该机具有自动切浇口系统,减轻了劳动强度。为此,会议一致同意,该机可以投入批量生产。
The JZ1504 rotor die-casting machine trial-designed by Shanghai Electric Institute of Science and Technology and Jiangsu Suqian Machine Tool Factory was appraised by the Machinery Industry Department of Jiangsu Province on April 27 in Shanghai.
