本文从实际出发,首先介绍了钢铁企业氧气合理利用支持系统的设计,并结合某钢铁企业具体设备情况和用户情况,介绍氧气合理利用决策支持系统中供氧系统优化运行模型的创建.及如何利用多库协同机制实现数据分析、模型运算和知识推理的功能集成和决策支持。实践证明,该系统根据生产计划和供氧系统实时运行参数,可对用户的氧、氮、氩需求进行预测,从而合理安排氧气生产、使用和贮存等多个环节,给出安全、有效的专家决策,实现氧气的合理利用。
Based on the actual situation, this paper firstly introduces the design of the oxygen utilization system in the iron and steel enterprises, and introduces how to optimize the oxygen supply system in the decision-making system of the rational use of oxygen in combination with the specific equipment and users in an iron and steel enterprise. And how to use the multi-library cooperation mechanism to realize the function integration and decision support of data analysis, model operation and knowledge reasoning.
