从拱结构的基本力学原理出发,结合工程实践中体育场罩棚在建筑功能上的需求,提出了一种新型的由双拱支承的罩棚钢结构体系。在该结构体系中,罩棚上方的实腹式单根钢管拱和罩棚下方的空间三角形立体桁架式空腹钢管拱组成了主要的竖向承重体系,而曲面罩棚则支承于上下拱间,并为其提供侧向支撑。为了充分发挥双拱在力学性能方面的各自优势,在设计时应根据罩棚荷载的分布情况,通过找形和找力计算取得合理的拱轴位置。分析表明,合理的单拱拱轴形状能大大提高其自身的承载能力。通过单拱与空腹钢管拱的互补性组合,再加上缆风拉索等侧向稳定系统对上拱的面外约束,使整个罩棚结构形成了具有良好力学性能和经济性的结构体系。结合该体系在淮安体育中心体育场大跨度罩棚结构中的工程应用,系统地阐述了双拱结构体系的静力特征、动力特性和设计方法。实践表明,该结构体系具有良好的承载能力和经济性,能够高效合理地跨越很大的跨度。
Based on the basic mechanics of the arch structure and combining with the demand of the stadium shed in engineering practice, a new type of canopy steel structure supported by double arch is proposed. In this structural system, the solid belly single steel pipe arch above the canopy and the space triangular truss-type hollow steel tube arch below the canopy constitute the main vertical load-bearing system, while the curved cover shed is supported by the upper and lower arches, Provide lateral support. In order to give full play to their respective advantages in the mechanical properties of double arch, in the design should be based on the distribution of shed shedding through the form-finding and looking for a reasonable calculation to obtain the position of the arch axis. The analysis shows that reasonable shape of single-arch shaft can greatly improve its own carrying capacity. Through the combination of single arch and fast steel tube arch, coupled with the lateral stabilizing system such as cable wind cable, the out-of-plane restraint on the arch makes the whole canopy structure form a structural system with good mechanical properties and economy. Combined with the application of this system in the construction of long-span canopy structure of Huai’an Sports Center Stadium, the static characteristics, dynamic characteristics and design method of double-arch structure system are systematically expounded. Practice shows that the structural system has a good carrying capacity and economy, can effectively and reasonably span a large span.
