在社会主义市场经济体制运行以来,我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩。我国的众多企业更是为国民经济增长带来了坚定的力量和动力,而员工作为每个企业组成的个体,是企业最宝贵的战略资源,更是企业在竞争中赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础。本文通过对企业员工培训重要意义的阐述,进一步引申出当前我国企业在员工培训制度上存在的问题,从而分析如何将员工培训这一大模块在企业管理中做大做强并给出对策与建议。
