备课的好坏是直接影响教学效果的。由于各人的经验和水平的不同,备课的深浅、教案的处理、讲课的艺术就各不相同,教学效果当然也就各异。因此为了普遍提高教学质量,相互交流、取长补短是很必要的。同一课程的教学小组,通常采用集体备课的办法是行之有效的,特别是对于新开课程或有新教师上的课程集体备课就更重要了,但是对于同一教材又已经讲过多遍的课程又如何进行集体备课呢?如果还是年复一年地大家围在一起由一人重点介绍其他人补充的这种集体备课方式,往往是老调重弹、年年重复而流于形式。如何进一步深入和提高是值得大家探讨的一个现实问题。
