对体育器械用AZ31镁合金进行等离子喷涂表面处理,对比分析了不同喷涂电流下涂层界面的微观组织和界面结合强度。结果表明,喷涂电流为500 A时,涂层与基体的结合最为致密、均匀,涂层与基体的结合强度最大。
The surface treatment of AZ31 magnesium alloy for sports equipment was carried out by plasma spraying. The microstructure and interfacial bonding strength of coating interface under different spraying current were analyzed. The results show that when the spraying current is 500 A, the bonding between the coating and the substrate is the most compact and uniform, and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate is the highest.
