针对经典PID控制器仅能在离线状态进行参数自整定的问题,在PID控制和模糊控制的基础上,设计了用于步进式加热炉温度控制系统的模糊自整定PID控制器。并用MATLAB进行仿真研究,与经典PID温度控制系统相比,此种控制器能迅速消除系统余差,同时具有PID控制器高精度的特点,又具有模糊控制器适应性强、反应迅速的优点。从而保证了此PID控制器具有预期的动静态特性。
In view of the problem that the classical PID controller can only conduct parameter self-tuning in offline state, a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller for step furnace temperature control system is designed on the basis of PID control and fuzzy control. Compared with the classical PID temperature control system, this kind of controller can quickly eliminate the system residual error, at the same time, it has the characteristics of high precision PID controller, and has the advantages of adaptability and rapid response of the fuzzy controller. This ensures that the PID controller has the expected dynamic and static characteristics.
