为准确测量混凝土碳化程度,基于碳酸盐含量测试法原理,研发了混凝土碳化程度精确测试系统。该设备轻巧便捷一体化,主要由智能精密气压传感器、自动加液装置及反应装置三部分组成,气压测试分辨率可达0.01kPa,测试结果既能实时数显,亦可连接电脑进行动态数据采集。试验验证表明,利用该设备不仅能快速精确地测得混凝土中CaCO_3的含量,且沿试件保护层厚度逐层取粉测试,还可有效表征混凝土完全和部分碳化区域的分布特征,可广泛应用于混凝土碳化测试。
In order to accurately measure the degree of carbonation of concrete, based on the principle of carbonate content test method, an accurate test system for the degree of concrete carbonization has been developed.
