学生进行分层,教学任务并不会因为他们是后进新生而减少。一两个月之后,优等新生和后进新生的英语成绩差距,往往会进一步拉大,后进新生的英语成绩下降了,这是很正常的,但是差距不能越来越大。要防止英语成绩下降,缩小差距,就得找到较好的对策。在实际教学中,笔者采用了下列对策,取得了较好的教学效果。1.整。即教材的整合。教材只是根据教学大纲而编排的一个教学蓝本。如:初一新生在学习初中英语之前,有一
