一、概况催化裂化装置是炼油厂中消耗能量较大的工艺装置,其中再生器的放空热烟气蕴藏着很大的能量,回收这部份烟气能量,对于降低装置能量消耗,提高催化裂化技术水平具有十分重要的意义。我厂催化裂化装置原处理量为60万吨/年,反应再生压力为0.7公斤/厘米~2(表),1979年7月进行了改造,反应再生压力提高到1.6~1.7公斤/厘米~2(表),处理量提高到75万吨/年。我厂催化裂化烟气能量回收工业试验工程是北京石油设计院、中国科学院力学研究所、石油化工科学研究院、陕西化肥研究所、上海炼油厂等单位的共同努力于1979年7月全部完成
