绩效是组织管理的目标,也是管理研究中的关键词语。本文按照四个标准甄选出了世界一流管理学期刊中的20篇相关文献,通过文献研究对组织绩效和员工绩效这两种重要绩效的测量进行了综述。对三种直接测量——组织绩效的简单直接测量、组织绩效的多题项直接测量、员工绩效的直接测量,以及两种间接测量——组织绩效的间接测量、员工绩效的间接测量,进行了系统的总结,以期为更多的管理研究提供有价值的拳考。
Performance is the goal of organizational management and is also a key word in management research. In this paper, according to the four criteria, 20 related literatures in the world’s top management journals were selected. Through literature research, the measurement of two important performances, organization performance and employee performance, was reviewed. Direct measurement of three kinds of direct measurements - organizational performance, direct measurement of multi-item performance of organizational performance, direct measurement of employee performance, and two indirect measurements - indirect measurement of organizational performance, indirect measurement of employee performance, were performed Systematic conclusions, with a view to providing valuable critiques for more management research.
