目的:探讨高住高练低训(HiHiLo)对青少年男子业余中长跑运动员血液铁代谢的影响。方法:11名男子中长跑运动员随机分为对照组(n=5)和实验组(n=6)。实验组每晚20∶00至次日晨6∶30在低氧房内休息和睡眠(≥10h/day),氧浓度为14·7%(相当于海拔2700m高度),对照组在常氧环境里居住。两组日常训练安排基本保持一致,每周均进行3次低氧训练,时间30min,负荷为72%VO2max强度。所有受试对象于实验前1天,实验第7、21、28天晨安静状态下空腹取静脉血测定血常规、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清转铁蛋白(sTf)、血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)、总铁结合力(TIBC)和转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)。结果:实验组Hb与实验前相比略有升高,但无统计学意义;铁代谢各指标在组内和组间均无显著性差异。结论:HiHiLo对青少年业余中长跑运动员血液铁代谢各指标无明显影响,提示低氧训练期间补铁应慎重。
Objective: To investigate the effects of HiHiLo training on blood iron metabolism in young male amateur middle and long distance runners. Methods: Eleven male long-distance runners were randomly divided into control group (n = 5) and experimental group (n = 6). The experimental group was resting and sleeping (≥10h / day) from 20:00 every night to 6:30 am the next morning, the oxygen concentration was 14.7% (corresponding to an altitude of 2700m), while in the control group, Live in. The two groups routine training arrangements basically the same, each conducted 3 times hypoxia training, time 30min, load 72% VO2max intensity. All subjects were tested on the 1st day before the experiment, on the 7th, 21st, and 28th day in the morning of the experiment, the venous blood samples were collected for blood routine examination, serum iron (SI), serum ferritin (SF), serum transferrin (sTf) , Serum transferrin receptor (sTfR), total iron binding capacity (TIBC) and transferrin saturation (TS). Results: The experimental group Hb slightly increased compared with the pre-test, but no statistical significance; iron metabolism indicators in the group and between the groups no significant difference. Conclusion: HiHiLo has no significant effect on each index of blood iron metabolism of amateur middle and long distance runners, suggesting that iron supplementation should be carefully performed during hypoxia training.
