振动、轴承发热是影响三环减速器推广的重要原因。为此设计了一台利用圆弧同步带传动和油膜浮动均载减振的新型两级三环减速器 ,并以它为研究对象 ,在机械传动试验台上进行了振动性能试验 ,利用振动分析软件得到的加速度时域波形 ,给出了振动加速度的有效振动速度值。试验结果表明 ,该两级三环减速器的振动加速度测试值比性能基本一致的偏心相位差为 12 0°的三环减速器的振动加速度测试值小得多 ,振动速度值也小于美国国家标准ANSIS2 17— 1980推荐的有关振动参数。
Vibration, bearing fever is an important reason for the promotion of three-ring reducer. For this reason, a new two-stage three-ring reducer using arc synchronous belt drive and oil film floating load-bearing vibration reduction was designed. The vibration performance test was carried out on the mechanical transmission test rig using it as the research object. The software obtains the acceleration time-domain waveform and gives the effective vibration velocity value of the vibration acceleration. The experimental results show that the vibration acceleration of the two-stage three-ring reducer is much lower than the vibration acceleration of the three-ring reducer with the eccentric phase difference of 120 ° and the vibration velocity is less than the national standard ANSIS2 17- 1980 Recommended vibration parameters.
