1970年12月～1982年7月,我院共收治颅内肿瘤350例,其中脊索瘤4例,均经鼻筛窦蝶窦入路(以下简称经鼻入路)手术切除,近期效果较满意。现报告如下。 病例介绍 例1 男,26岁。因复视3年于1970年12月30日入院。1967年3月视物成双,经治疗后消失。1968年、1969年又先后出现同样症状。入院前2个月第四次出现复视,右眼视力减退,头痛头晕,右面部麻木。检查:右眼视野颞侧偏盲,视力右0.9,左1.5。
