为了提高钢筋笼滚焊机的加工效率,考虑到钢筋笼加工时,由箍筋与主筋的搭接点形成的焊点的运动特性,设计了一种自动捕捉焊接装置。该装置包括焊枪垂直移动和水平移动两个部分,均采用气动控制的方式,配合感应接近开关与开关触板之间的相互作用,来控制焊枪在焊接平面内的运动。该装置具有对运动焊点进行自动捕捉的特点,并且能够在捕捉后对焊点进行追踪焊接,提高了钢筋笼焊接装置的自动化水平和生产效率。
In order to improve the processing efficiency of the cage welding machine, considering the movement characteristics of the welding spot formed by the lap joint between the stirrups and the main reinforcement in the process of reinforcing steel cage, an automatic catching and welding device is designed. The device includes two parts of the vertical and horizontal movements of the welding torch. They are all controlled by the pneumatic method, and cooperate with the interaction between the proximity sensor and the switch touch panel to control the movement of the welding torch in the welding plane. The device has the characteristics of automatically capturing the moving welding spot, and can track and weld the welding spot after the capturing, thereby improving the automation level and the production efficiency of the steel bar welding device.
