本文通过对3~9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌超微结构的初步研究,发现3~9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌的肌纤维在电镜下分为两种类型,即快纤维和慢纤维。且两种纤维处于不同状态,快纤维多处于舒张状态,而慢纤维多处于收缩状态。上直肌中以快纤维为主,内直肌中以慢纤维为主。3个月时,胎儿即有完整的Z线,其中快纤维表现出一条双Z线。同时随着胎龄增长,线粒体、内质网亦增多,并可见吞饮小泡。在肌细胞周围亦可见到肌卫星细胞
