采煤机摇臂在变幅、重载作用下,经常发生失效,为了克服这一工程问题,采用ANSYS Workbench对于链传动采煤机摇臂进行有限元分析,通过添加链传动采煤机摇臂模型的材料属性、网格划分,确定边界条件。研究结果表明选用的材料,摇臂与液压缸铰耳配合可靠,能保证摇臂的正常工作,延长使用寿命。该方法为链传动采煤机摇臂稳定性分析提供了一种有效的方法。
In order to overcome this engineering problem, the rocker arm of coal shearer often fails under the condition of luffing and heavy load. By using ANSYS Workbench, the finite element analysis of the rocker arm of chain-driven shearer is carried out.
